Weekend Art Show

The Art Hunger invites artists to submit work for a special music-inspired pop-up art show during Redding Roots Revival—a three-day music festival celebrating sound, soul, and community in the heart of Downtown Redding.
We’re looking for visual art that explores the power of music—its rhythm, emotion, movement, memory, and influence.
Works can be a tribute to a favorite band, inspired by lyrics, or capture the energy of a live performance, we want to see how music moves you.

REQUIREMENTS:

This is a Music inspired pop-up art show, and we are looking for your best works.

Artists can submit up to Three (3) pieces for consideration.

All mediums and styles are welcome, including 3D pieces.

Submissions will only be accepted via email to The.Art.Hunger@gmail.com. Include photos of the works, size, price, medium and a short bio about the artist. Submissions via social media, Direct message or in person will not be considered.

If selected, there is a HANGING FEE of $10 per piece. And NO COMMISION if the works are sold.

Works must be ready to hang (I.E. wired or framed). Unframed works on paper or panels will not be accepted. 3D art must be ready to display safely and be structurally sturdy.

Deadline for submissions is Saturday September 20, 2025.

All works must be for sale, and artists should have a direct method of payment (I.E. Venmo, Cash App).

Keep it PG-13 as our shows are open to all ages.

Our Halloween celebrations are one of the most fun art shows and this year we're taking it outside with a Pop Up art show.
For one afternoon we'll have the most spookiest art along people in costumes, music and load of fun.

We’re looking for artists to use their lens to tell a story, evoke emotion, and challenge perspectives.
Work is film or digital, documentary or experimental, black-and-white or bursting with color, this show will showcase the diverse voices and visions within contemporary photography.
For one afternoon we'll have the most spookiest art along people in costumes, music and load of fun.

This is a photography art show and only the pieces that use photography as it's main medium will be accepted, this could also include mixed media, collage or even sculptures.

Artists can submit up to FIVE (5) pieces for consideration.

All mediums and styles are welcome as long as it includes photography as its main theme, including 3D pieces.
